• Saturday Evening: £150 (Sat Afternoon £100 – ring club to arrange)
• Friday & Sunday: £100
• Monday – Thursday: £100

Nelson Cricket Club social members receive a £25 discount on room hire.

Additional time outside the standard booking slots may be available for an extra charge.

Please note, room hire prices are based on guests making reasonable use of the club bar. Bookings where little or no bar usage is anticipated may be subject to an additional room hire charge. Nelson Cricket Club reserves the right to amend room hire prices where expected bar sales are insufficient to support our standard rates. Any revised pricing will be agreed before the booking is confirmed.

Please note that exclusive use of the function room may not be available on cricket match days.

• The venue should be left in a reasonable condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
• Guests may be charged for any damage caused to the venue or its fixtures and furnishings.
• External entertainment equipment must be operated at a reasonable volume.
• Guests are asked not to enter the cricket field unless permission has been given by the club.
• Access to the bowling green is permitted; however, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18. Valid ID may be required.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.
• The kitchen facilities are not available for use; however, outside catering is welcome.
• The venue operates a fully licensed bar and outside drinks are not permitted.
• To prevent damage to the venue, decorations must not be attached to walls, windows, ceilings or fixtures.
• Confetti, glitter and similar decorations are not permitted inside the venue.
• Guests are kindly asked to remove any decorations, equipment or personal items at the end of the event.
• Use of the car park is at the owner’s risk. Vehicles must not be left overnight as the gates are locked each night.
• The club accepts no responsibility for vehicles left on the premises.

Please note: Payment of your deposit through our website secures a provisional booking only and is subject to a discussion with our Steward to confirm all event details, including the nature of the event, expected attendance, anticipated bar usage, and the final room hire fee.

In most cases, this is simply a formality to ensure that all arrangements are correct. However, if any issues arise that cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties, Nelson Cricket Club reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such circumstances, any deposit paid will be refunded in full upon request.

• Is there parking available?
  • Ample car parking is provided. Note gates are locked overnight following an event so we advise against leaving.

  • 130 is our maximum capacity in our main function room.
